Regulation

2. FESTIVAL OBJECTIVES :

​​

- Popularization of entertainment songs in any language;

- Song performers integration;

- Presentation of the artistic achievements of the festival participants in the Internet space;

- Exchange of experiences and ideas in the field of work with artistically gifted people among instructors, educators, tutors.

- Promotion of gifted youth and artistically valuable repertoire;

 

3. CONTESTANTS:

 

The competition includes solo and group performances (groups start from duets) and will be organized by category.​

 

Soloists:

      to 10 years old

        11-13 years old

       14-17 years old

       above 18 years old

 

4. REPERTOIRE:

Soloists and bands are required to prepare one freely chosen song.

 

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE ONLINE EDITION:

  • The condition for participation is to register a soloist / group by correctly completing the application form on the website  by 05.05.2024r.

  • Attaching a link to the recording uploaded to YouTube to the Form, the video can be unlisted;

  • Sending the Application Form is tantamount to accepting the Regulations and consent to the processing of personal data by the organizer;

  • Fulfilling the above conditions is necessary to participate in the Festival.

 

6. REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPETITION RECORDINGS :

 

  • The competition tape should be posted on your personal YouTube channel;

  • The generated link to the video should be pasted in the designated field of the Application Form;

  • The description of the video posted on YouTube must include: name and surname of the participant, age category, title of the piece performed, and a note -#SINGING 2024

  • The competition tape must be shot horizontally;

  • It is not allowed to interfere with the recording by means of post-production, only LIVE recordings;

  • The participant is obliged to send his competition recording in the form of one shot without any audio-video editing;

  • Competition films can be recorded with commonly available equipment, e.g. smartphone, tablet, camera.

7. PLACE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE STAGES:

International Song Festival #SINGING Will take place in the ONLINE formula The festival will run until 29/10/2023. The festival consists of four stages: 

​

 

    • Stage I :    Receiving applications by May 05, 2024.

    • Stage II :   Publication of the list of persons qualified for the competition by May 8, 2024.

    • Stage III :  Publication of the list of contractors qualified for the Final by May 22, 2024.

    • Stage IV : Announcement of the results by 25 May, 2024.

 

Qualified Persons are required to pay the accreditation in the amount of PLN 60 

by 08/05/2024. The accreditation payment is obligatory in order to participate in the Competition part of the Festival.

Invoices are issued up to 14 days after the payment is credited.

If you wish to receive an invoice, please inform us by e-mail by May 25, 2024.

 

8. JURY :

  • Festival participants will be judged by the Jury invited by the host from among teachers, composers, actors, singers, journalists, representatives of the organizer, and sponsors of the Festival;

  • The jury will consider the following criteria:

  • selection of the repertoire according to the age and skills of the performer, vocal qualities, own interpretation of the piece, musicality, artistic individuality and overall artistic expression

  • All verdicts announced by the Jury are final and cannot be appealed.

 

 

9. AWARDS:

 

  • All Participants of the Competition will receive a ticket for workshops in the form of a webinar as part of the Festival. The workshops will take place at the time specified by the Organizer.

    In addition, all participants will receive a Diploma for participation in electronic form.

  • In each category of the Jury 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and distinctions.

  • The winners of the first place will receive a statuette and a Diploma.

  • The winners of the 2nd and 3rd place and distinctions will receive Special Diplomas sent by traditional mail

  • The winners of the Diplomas sent by e-mail

  • The jury will award the "Grand Prix" of the Festival, the winner will receive a financial award, a statuette and a Diploma;

  • The jury has the option of freely dividing the prizes.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS:

  • In disputes regarding the interpretation of these regulations, the final decision will be made by the organizer;

  • The jurors do not conduct any consultations with the participants of the Festival, their instructors and guardians.

  • All doubts regarding the provisions of these regulations will be resolved based on the Polish text as the only binding one;

  • If a participant violates the rules of the Festival regulations, the organizer has the right to disqualify the participant.

  • Participation in the Festival is voluntary.
